Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your electronic mail accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this user-friendly user interface, you can create a brand new mailbox in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. In addition, you can redirect emails from one mail account to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your electronic mail accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email boxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming e-mails according to certain criteria specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your email accounts and define the filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mailbox accounts. Simply specify the mail account you want to redirect mails from, then specify the destination e-mail box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email mailboxes. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you would like to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be set up in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
